mso-font-kerning:0pt">利用生药学技术手段，对光叶丰花草、二萼丰花草、阔叶丰花草三种植物进行了包括来源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定及分子生药学鉴定在内的生药研究，以期为三种丰花属植物的鉴别提供科学依据。光叶丰花草、二萼丰花草、阔叶丰花草为同科同属植物，形态较为相似。粉末显微鉴定结果显示，三种植物中均存在纤维、草酸钙针晶束、螺纹导管和类球形花粉粒。一般化学成分检识三种植物均含有糖类、蛋白质及挥发油成分，此外，阔叶丰花草和二萼丰花草可能还含有鞣质和黄酮类化合物。本研究将首次提取得到的二萼丰花草的<span lang="EN-US">ITS</span>序列提交至<span lang="EN-US">NCBI</span>，并获得<span lang="EN-US">GenBank</span>注册号（<span lang="EN-US">OR841337</span>）。<span lang="EN-US">NJ</span>系统发育树结果表明，基于<span lang="EN-US">ITS</span>序列可将光叶丰花草、二萼丰花草、阔叶丰花草有效区分。该研究将有助于丰花草属植物的鉴定、种质资源保护和质量控制。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p><p>

评价指标体主要包括<span lang="EN-US">6</span>个一级指标，<span lang="EN-US">15</span>个二级指标和<span lang="EN-US">42</span>个三级指标；<span lang="EN-US">71</span>家县级中医院服务能力的平均分为<span lang="EN-US">60.73</span>分，最高<span lang="EN-US">80.72</span>分，最低仅为<span lang="EN-US">33.52</span>分，各个医院在中医药服务能力上存在巨大差异。<b>结论</b>
所构建的评价指标体系能够评估县级中医院中医药服务能力，目前浙江省县级中医院的发展仍存在服务能力不足且地区间发展差异较大，中医特色优势发展不充分等问题，需要夯实发展基础，注重地区间发展平衡，提升县级中医院中医药服务能力。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p><p>

mso-bidi-font-family:仿宋;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">衰老是一个复杂的生理过程，伴随着代谢和免疫紊乱。衰老过程会导致肠道微生物群发生巨大变化。然而，关于肠道微生物群在衰老过程中的机理作用的证据却很有限。我们将年轻（<span lang="EN-US">4 </span>个月）或年老（<span lang="EN-US">22 </span>个月）供体小鼠的粪便微生物群移植到年老（<span lang="EN-US">22 </span>个月）或年轻（<span lang="EN-US">4 </span>个月）的受体小鼠体内。接受年轻供体肠道微生物群的老年小鼠逆转了血清中与衰老相关的炎症因子，老年小鼠的自发活动、站立时间、跌倒次数和潜伏时间等行为特征也得到了缓解。相反，接受老年供体肠道微生物群的年轻小鼠会促进炎症的发展，并加剧衰老的行为特征。在老年小鼠中，臭杆菌属、螺杆菌属、韦荣氏球菌属和普雷沃均属的相对丰度显著富集，而在接受年轻供体肠道微生物群的老年小鼠中，这种变化被逆转。吲哚丙烯酸、<span lang="EN-US">LPC</span>（<span lang="EN-US">18:1/0:0</span>）、<span lang="EN-US">LPC</span>（<span lang="EN-US">15:0/0:0</span>）、<span lang="EN-US">LPC</span>（<span lang="EN-US">0:0/15:0</span>）等代谢物上调，黄嘌呤、肌苷、别嘌呤醇、<span lang="EN-US">N6-</span>甲基腺苷代谢物下调。老年小鼠接受年轻供体肠道微生物群后，这些代谢物的变化也发生了逆转。微生物群、代谢物和炎症细胞因子之间的相关性分析表明，吲哚丙烯酸、<span lang="EN-US">LPC</span>（<span lang="EN-US">18</span>：<span lang="EN-US">1 / 0</span>：<span lang="EN-US">0</span>）、<span lang="EN-US">LPC</span>（<span lang="EN-US">15</span>：<span lang="EN-US">0 / 0</span>：<span lang="EN-US">0</span>）和<span lang="EN-US"> LPC</span>（<span lang="EN-US">0</span>：<span lang="EN-US">0 / 15</span>：<span lang="EN-US">0</span>）与阿德勒克鲁兹菌呈负相关，而与螺杆菌属、普雷沃特菌属、链球菌属和臭杆菌属呈正相关。吲哚丙烯酸与<span lang="EN-US"> TGF-</span>β 负相关。<span lang="EN-US">LPC</span>（<span lang="EN-US">18</span>：<span lang="EN-US">1 / 0</span>：<span lang="EN-US">0</span>）、<span lang="EN-US">LPC</span>（<span lang="EN-US">15</span>：<span lang="EN-US">0 / 0</span>：<span lang="EN-US">0</span>）和<span lang="EN-US"> LPC</span>（<span lang="EN-US">0</span>：<span lang="EN-US">0 / 15</span>：<span lang="EN-US">0</span>）与<span lang="EN-US"> IL-10 </span>呈正相关。<span lang="EN-US">1-</span>甲基肌苷、<span lang="EN-US">L-</span>甲基腺苷、<span lang="EN-US">N6-</span>甲基腺苷和肌苷与<span lang="EN-US">

结合网络药理学和生物信息学预测甘草的抗癌作用机制、关键靶点和关键成分。利用<span lang="EN-US">TCGA</span>数据库及<span lang="EN-US">R</span>语言等软件对关键靶点进行分析验证。运用分子对接分析关键靶点和关键成分。采用<span lang="EN-US">CCK-8</span>研究关键成分（槲皮素、甘草次酸和格里西轮）抗<span lang="EN-US">A549</span>肺癌细胞的影响。<b>结果</b> 分析发现甘草抗癌的<span lang="EN-US">8</span>个关键基因的表达量在一些癌症组织与正常组织中均有显著性差异，与癌症的发生发展密切相关；槲皮素、甘草次酸和格里西轮等关键成分能够对<span lang="EN-US">A549</span>肺癌细胞起到抑制作用；甘草的抗癌机制主要与免疫系统、信号转导、细胞周期和基因表达的调节有关。<b>结论</b> 本研究利用生物信息学和实验验证，全面阐明了甘草治疗癌症的潜在作用机制。同时这些研究结果有助于开发抗癌创新药物。</span><b><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:华文中宋;mso-bidi-font-family:仿宋;

通过检索各大中英文文献数据库，检索时限为各数据库建库起至<span lang="EN-US"> 2023 </span>年<span lang="EN-US"> 8 </span>月<span lang="EN-US"> 26 </span>日，提取单硝酸异山梨酯缓释胶囊合并常规疗法与常规疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛的随机对照试验，计算单硝酸异山梨酯缓释胶囊合并常规疗法（观察组）与常规疗法治疗（对照组）的临床症状改善有效率；用<span lang="EN-US">Review Manager 5.4 </span>软件进行<span lang="EN-US">Meta</span>分析，并在此基础上采用成本<span lang="EN-US">-</span>效果分析法进行经济学评价。<b>结果</b> 观察组与对照组的临床症状改善有效率分别为<span lang="EN-US">
95.00% </span>和<span lang="EN-US"> 78.00%</span>，<span lang="EN-US">Meta</span>分析结果显示，观察组的临床症状改善有效率明显优于对照组<span lang="EN-US">(OR = 3.38, 95% CI: 2.28 to 4.99, P &lt; 0.001)</span>。药物经济学评价结果显示，增量成本<span lang="EN-US">-</span>效果比值为<span lang="EN-US"> 434.12 </span>元。敏感性分析结果显示，该评价结果稳定性较好。<b>结论</b>
